Welcome to the Bear River Application Portal!

Applications for the 2026 conference are now open, from February 2nd to February 9th. Once this 7-day window has ended, applicants will be chosen by a random lottery system and notified via email. This email will contain directions and a link for applicants to pay the $25 application fee that confirms a spot in the 2026 Bear River Writers’ Conference. Payment must be received within 72 hours of notification for applicants to confirm their place in the conference. If payment is not received, the next applicant on the waitlist will be notified via email.
